Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordination & Management of Virtual (Remote) Media Monitoring Team
• Work with time management skills on team assignments & delivery ensuring quality
• Proficient in effective client management & interaction
• Implement client updates/feedback & be responsible for final report delivery ensuring quality
• Train and Coach Media Analysts on the job (prior experience in Media Monitoring)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have prior experience in handling a team of Media Monitoring with client interaction
• Must be ready to travel and relocate to Hyderabad as required for the Leadership Role
• Must have prior experience in Media Monitoring and Summary Writing Projects
• Must possess proficiency in English, with excellent reading, writing, comprehending, and interpretation skills
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work is essential for this position
